i) For the reaction: $PCl X_{5} (g) PCl X_{3} (g) + Cl X_{2} (g)$

The relationship between $K_{p}$ and $K_{c}$ is given by: $K_{p} = K_{c} (R T)^{Δ n}$ where:

$Δ n = moles of gaseous products - moles of gaseous reactants$
For this reaction: $Δ n = (1 + 1) - 1 = 1$

Thus: $K_{p} = K_{c} (R T)^{1} = K_{c} R T$

ii) For the reaction: $N X_{2} (g) + 3 H X_{2} (g) 2 NH X_{3} (g)$

The relationship between $K_{p}$ and $K_{c}$ is given by: $K_{p} = K_{c} (R T)^{Δ n}$ where:

$Δ n = moles of gaseous products - moles of gaseous reactants$
For this reaction: $Δ n = 2 - (1 + 3) = - 2$

Thus: $K_{p} = K_{c} (R T)^{- 2} = \frac{K _{c}}{( R T ) ^{2}}$
